“The Kick It Pickleball Tournament brings our community together to support pancreatic cancer research while enjoying competitive play in a fun, welcoming environment,” said Alan Kosten, Chairman of the Kosten Foundation. “We are grateful for the continued support from our sponsors, participants, and volunteers who help advance our mission.”

The Kick It Pickleball Tournament builds on the success of previous years, with the 2025 event raising more than $50,000 for pancreatic cancer research.

The tournament features multiple divisions, including men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles, with a round-robin format designed to accommodate a range of skill levels. Spectators are encouraged to attend, and players and guests are welcome to bring chairs and tents for comfort during the event.

The Kosten Foundation continues to expand its impact through events like the Kick It Pickleball Tournament and the Kick It 5K, both of which support pancreatic cancer research and patient services.

Since 2003, the Kosten Foundation has donated more than $3 million to pancreatic cancer research, funding initiatives in cities such as Dallas, New York City, and Edinburg, Texas. In addition to research funding, the Foundation provides the only free pancreatic cancer support group in the Mid-South, offered both in-person and virtually.
