SUMMARY:4th Annual Will James Extravaganza Hosted by All About Bikes
DESCRIPTION:The Fourth Annual Will James Extravaganza fundraiser\, benefiting the Memphis-based Kosten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Support\, will take place on September 29\, 2019\, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at All About Bikes on 621 S. Mendenhall Road in Memphis\, Tennessee. Last year’s event raised more than $5\,000 for the fight against pancreatic cancer. \nThe Will James Extravaganza is free to attend and will include a bounce house\, baked goods live auction\, food\, and refreshments. The Will James Extravaganza was created by Tommy James to honor his father who passed away from Pancreatic Cancer in 2015 and to raise funds to help find a cure for the deadly disease. \nThe Will James Extravaganza will feature many fun activities\, including a bounce house for the kids\, baked goods live auction\, and plenty of food\, and refreshments. Guests will be able to purchase new T-shirts\, delicious chili\, and drinks. \nProceeds from the baked goods live auction\, T-shirt\, food\, and product sales will be donated to the Kosten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Support.

DESCRIPTION:The Memphis community is once again turning the city purple\, the color for pancreatic cancer awareness\, this November. The public is invited to participate and celebrate all month long and especially on World Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Day Thursday\, November 21\, by wearing purple or lighting up their residence and/or office purple. Those that would like to show support with a yard sign can contact the Kosten Foundation to arrange to pick-up an all-new yard sign.  The public is invited to share photos of their purple efforts online and use the hashtags #PurpleForKosten and #WPCD.
